This is another big challenge for some of our ADHD teens. If they are experiencing sensory difficulties, they could struggle with smells, sounds, texture or just find it difficult to not become overwhelmed in certain environments. Jenny Booth is an award-winning professional Careers Adviser with over 30 years of experience working with young people & adults in a variety of settings. She currently specialises in neurodiversity & inclusion of young people aged between 16 and 25. Through personal and professional experience, she has shared insight into supporting young people with ADHD in making career decisions.

Jenny recently completed a research project to prove the link between ADHD and youth unemployment which showed that an astonishing 88% of unemployed young people were impacted by this condition.

Jenny has recently won a professional careers award for inclusion and has been nominated for a national award.
